Your day starts with you

I wasn't always a morning person. Through my perseverance, commitment and personal performance, I changed the way I start my day.


This view before my radio show today is one of the many reasons this change is worth it.


I'm not saying it was easy or there isn't still times I would like to roll over and have another hour sleep.  My success was largely due to keeping my eye on the goal to create a positive daily habit.  That takes time.
